There are all kinds of people in this great world; some love being the center of attention and others avoid eye contact altogether. One thing that we all have in common, however, is our inevitability to have our photograph taken, whether or not it’s intentional. If you’re going to have your picture made, you might as well be certain to have that someone on the other side of the camera be one you feel comfortable with.
There are people who are socially awkward and then there’s me…awkwardly social. Don’t be alarmed, you should think of that as a good thing. You won’t have to worry about feeling awkward in front of the camera because there’s a person behind the camera taking care of that for you.
I grew up in a family of photographers and videographers so I'm quite accustomed to having a camera in my face. I'm not saying that means I enjoy it; to be honest, having my picture made doesn't always lift my spirits. It just make me notice my flaws. What can I say? I'm human. But when you've found a photographer who highlights your personality and the favorite things about yourself, hold onto them! I know I'm grateful for the ones that I've found and am lucky to call them friends.
We were all created beautifully, no matter what you see in the mirror. I want the photos that we create together to be ones that build your confidence, showcase your personality, and let you fall in love with yourself again.
I work with individuals, families, lovers and makers. It's such a joy to be with people of all walks of life, learning from them and documenting their lives. Photographs have been part of my life ever since I entered this world. I hope that never changes, cause you know what? My job is pretty freakin' amazing.
